Thursday has been a glorious day - both for the weather and in how the children have enjoyed themselves! We have had a brilliant day outside in the sunshine doing Forest School activities all day!
Shelters have been built; tribal leaders have been appointed and staffs whittled! Warrior paint has been made and used from natural resources; everyone has successfully used flints to light fires! Jewellery made using elder branch; tribal emblems designed and sculpted before showing off their new skills in group performances (which took the instructors by surprise in their complexity)! This was followed by an hour of fun in the adventure park.
After dinner, an evening of problem solving successfully found a team of winners who designed and made a cradle to catch a falling egg without a crack!
