Welcome to Mars Class!

Welcome Year 2,  

The adults that work in this class are Miss Vince and Mrs Groves who are both Class Teachers.  Mrs  Williamson also works in Mars Class as an HLTA. We are also supported by Mrs Richards, Mrs Blunt, Mrs Osborne and Mrs Rigby. 

Please can children bring their reading book in every day so it can be changed if necessary. Maths homework will be given out on a Friday and needs to be returned by the following Wednesday. Spelling folders can be kept in bags or at home across the week. On a Friday, spelling folders will be collected in so that new spellings can be given out. 

PE days will be Wednesday and Friday - please come dressed in PE kits on those days. Please ensure children come to school in the correct kit and that long hair is tied back. We do not allow the children to wear earrings for PE so please can they be removed on these days or taped over. 

It would be advisable for children to have a named coat with a hood for when we are arriving and leaving school.

Should you have any questions or information we need to know, we can talk to you at the end of the day once the children have been dismissed.
